As the sirens wail, the town "peels" away into a rusted, bloody version of itself. Anita must navigate a haunted hospital filled with faceless, sari-clad nurses who move only when they hear breath. She eventually finds the cult’s descendants hiding in an old church, led by the fanatical Maaji.

Anita, a frantic mother, is driving her young daughter, Sia, to an abandoned colonial-era hill station. Sia has been sleepwalking and screaming the name "Shantigiri" in her night terrors.
