Michael and Lincoln are at odds regarding how to handle Scylla , the Company's secret data module. While Michael wants to destroy it to end the Company's influence forever, Lincoln believes he can use it as leverage to gain freedom for himself and his family. [S4E18] VS.

The brothers' separate paths converge at the Indian Embassy in Miami. Christina is there to sell the Scylla data. Lincoln, Mahone, and Self attempt to intercept her but are briefly captured by embassy guards before managing a suspicious "escape" that allows them to continue their pursuit. They arrive in Miami and take refuge in an old friend's apartment while trying to track down Christina and Scylla. Christina is there to sell the Scylla data

The episode concludes with a tense meeting between Michael and Lincoln. They realize they are now on opposite sides of a war , both acknowledging that their mother’s manipulations have turned them into adversaries.
