Set in 2015, six years after a devastating earthquake leveled Shibuya, the story follows Takuru Miyashiro , a high school student and president of his school's newspaper club. A central feature of the game is the Delusion Trigger system. Players can choose to have Takuru experience "Positive" delusions (often comedic or fan-service oriented) or "Negative" delusions (characterized by extreme gore and psychological horror).
