Elias was a "Digital Archaeologist," a freelancer hired to scour the dead corners of the old web for lost corporate assets. He didn't know who "Alan" was, or what was being "reformed." He only knew that the bounty for this specific version—035—was enough to let him retire.
"The Reformation is thorough," Alan whispered. "To fix the future, we have to delete the present." Elias looked down at his hands

He right-clicked the file. The metadata was strange. It was dated twelve years into the future. FAILED
